He is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. His expertise in HR strategy and talent development is instrumental in driving our organizational growth.
With a deep understanding of people-centric leadership, Jim fosters a culture of inclusivity, empowerment, and innovation. His experience spans diverse industries, including technology, consulting, and entrepreneurship, where he has successfully led teams and navigated complex organizational challenges.
Prior to his role at IOActive, Jim held leadership positions at Pymetrics (series B, exit to Rubicon Technologies), Stadium Goods (acquired by Farfetch), Attune Insurance (JV launch), Execuseek (Founder, Managing Partner) and Talent Chain (Founder, CEO).
His passion for creating positive work environments and developing talent has consistently contributed to the success of the organizations he has served.
When not immersed in his professional endeavors, Jim enjoys spending quality time with his family and their beloved yorkie Cleopatra.
